I would like to personally thank you for your professional services for mine and Katy's wedding in Essex.
A HUGE thank you to Andrea at Wedding Cheesecakes. My husband and I are well known for being cheese enthusiasts by our friends and family so the pressure was on to deliver at our wedding and we didn't disappoint. Everyone commented on the excellent quality of cheeses. The only problem was, we didn't get to take any home for the next day because it had all been eaten!
First and foremost the 'cake of cheese' as I call it was unbelievable!! As someone who enjoys their cheese I can honestly say all the cheeses tasted amazing
and pretty much all of our evening guests had positive comments on the cheese selection available.
As well as the above I would like to thank you for your professional service. Throughout everything, organising our wedding was definitely the most stressful thing we have
ever done and we can't thank you enough for how easy you made everything for us on providing the cheese cake service we wanted (if only other people were as good as you!!)

The cheese cake was thoroughly enjoyed by us and our guests, many commenting on how nice it was not to have a traditional cake. The triple cream brie was very popular and the quantities of each cheese were just right for the number of guests. I am just writing to thank you so much for the AMAZING cheese cake that was absolutely demolished by approx 300 guests at our wedding on the 2nd July. I was gutted that I didn't really get to eat any one the night but everyone was so impressed, there really wasn't that much left over on the Sunday. So thank you again.
